Deposit from germany?

Hi everybody.
I used paypal the last 2 times to load my account.
But its much to expensive 

Then i tried interkassa.com and onpay.ru.
But both use Liqpay.
Liqpay doesnt work. My Visa isn't accepted (i dont know why).
My mastercard doesn't fit to my mobile phone number (other country) = doesn't work!

Then i tried webmoney.
The tutorial in this forum isnt up to date.
I wasnt able to add funds to my purse.
I tried nearly everything...
Furthermore the website changes language to russian on every link/popup etc. that sucks.

Could someone please help me, to get thinks working without paypal.

BuyWMZ wants an ID Card (Passport) to register.
What do they mean?
I wasnt ask for that on the webmoney registration.

Isn't there a way to make paypal-paying cheaper?

Registered on BuyWMZ.
If i want to pay with visa i will be redirected to liqpay.
So the same problems again.

Liqpay (if you pay via Interkassa) accepts Visa (World).
OnPay.ru also accepts Visa (World).

I tried several times.
The problem is Liqpay. They dont accept my cards.

OnPay uses Liqpay or RBKMoney when you select Visa/Mastercard....and RBK doesn't work too...
