1. You had to create a new user account (login-password).
2. You had to buy a subscription
on behalf of the new user entering the billing system using HIS login-password.
3. Check if subscription is active for the new user.
4. Add (attach) new user to your reseller account.
When manipulating with the user accounts - change protocol, server, prolong subscription etc., you have to detach the user from your reseller cabinet, make any operation you need and then attach him again.
I really need some of you guys to reverse that transaction and put the money back into my account.
Only the Moderator can do that in manual mode. Wait when he comes back from vacations (jan 27) and send him e-mail again.
