registration not working

Hello Admin
I have registed for the forum. I then tried with the same username and password on the registration so that I can order the service.
As soon as I click the tick at the bottom of the page I get the message:

Error: Incorrect username or password.

100% I am entering the same username and password as I use for the forum. Please let me know as soon as possible as I would like to subscribe
