ukash how to conevert

i have purchased a 5.00 pounds ukash voucher and when i click on pay it asks for voucher number and amount but when i put it in they say its wrong currency it needs it in eurs but there is no way of converting.  can u help is there a way of converting the currency.

i have managed to buy ukash voucher top-up my webmoney purse to euros and then convert to dollars but now when i go to pay and try to press confirm button on payment screen nothing happens, any ideas as to why this is ? or can anyone explain what to do i do now?

thats not a solution for me as i have $63 in my wmz purse but i can not pay.  can u pm me ur webmoney purse number so i can transfer the money directly and then u can add the funds to my account.

If you have a certain amount of WMZ in your WM purse, open keeper on your PC and keep it open.
Then, go to the billing and select "deposit" under the word "balance" (in the left upper corner of the page).
You will be redirected to Fund account page.
Select payment method (in your case - Webmoney). Enter the amount of money required (don't forget about % charged by WM for transfer). Click Pay by Webmoney button.
You will be redirected to WM Transfer page.  Select the type of keeper used (Classic or other installed on your PC). Fill in all fields required. That's all. After transfer is complete, check your balance and continue purchasing package(s) you need. That's all.
After all payment operations are completed, close your WM keeper.

i followed the procedure as u said $5 have been deducted from my account but the balance has not been added to my card sharing account

the funds were added to the purse number  Z********0837 from my purse which is number ending 755 can u confirm if u have received the funds
