Check your transaction history.
Maybe its freekasa 'refund'

Looks like freekasa has blocked their account, and now we have minus balance on our accounts.
And its pretty risky to claim chargeback for illegal service...

I done as you said and it was indeed freekasa refund, what do I do now. I have paid that fair and square, so should this not be fixed by an administrator?? Why should our balance end up in a negative??

I dont know. Maybe freekasa will automatically process the refund to our card accounts.
If not, chargeback is the only way...

Anyway i have not received any email from freekasa about refund...

What do you mean by UPC VIP still not working? You paid the money (how?) and did you buy your subscription?
