Unfortunately, we do not support cable sharing, only via satellite (dish)

depends on your cable provider
some (small) cable providers transport satellite caids and in this case you can use the cs-server, but for example the big providers like Kabel Deutschland and Unitymedia - no chance, they only provide their own cable caids via cable
see what caids are support from cs-server (billing server > my subscription > switch to Newcamd protocoll > on the bottom of the page you have additional information including the caids of the packages and compare them to the caids delivered by your cable provider
