Hi All,

I have been a member (customer) for over 5/6 years and have had any warnings before... I just went into the connection history page to see if there was any updates as my picture was glitching and saw the below warning... please let me know?

IMPORTANT! Channels will be shifted with delay up to 10 seconds. Probable reasons:
Using PIP (picture-in-picture) option or simultaneous recording one and watching the other channel.
Delayed decoding.
Connecting 2 and more receivers per 1 account.
Connecting to the reserve server from other receiver or emulator.
Cascading (limit - 1 request per 10 seconds, 360 requests per 1 hour, 8640 requests per 24 hours)
One of the rules has been violated (No.8,9,10,11 or 12)

People who are/were members (customers) over 5/6 years, never register today (at the day of your post).
It should mean that within those 5/6 years, you were only reading, reading and reading the forum and you had no any questions or problems ever...
OK, if you are an experienced member, then you have to know the rules of the server, don't you? If you are an experienced member, you have to know about violation of rules and how to avoid them...
My advice is as follows: read the rules again and find out all those items listed in the warning you saw in your connections history. While reading the rules of the server, you will also find the ways how to avoid and eliminate the errors listed in the warning.
Moreover, as an experienced member, you have to know that everybody is requested to complete his signature in the forum profile.

i have never had any issues hence why i have never been a member. feel free to check my account, as i have been around for 5/6 years

my settings have never changed so that is why it was shock for me to see a warning.

regardless, i have now changed some settings and will see how it goes.

It is helpful sometimes to check and change some settings, even set a password to your box against hack...
