suspended account. Why??/??

i got this message today:

Sorry but your logs are WRONG!

You put to my account a penalty of $5 and suspend my account because you said tha i violate the rule 4.

As i wrote you some days before i ONLY have one receiver, one emulator, use the recommended mgcam conf files and be connected from the same ip.

What is more the last 3 days i was not using the box and it was only in one channel. So why you put that penalty? i NEVER use my account from different location. if your logs show different ip it may be for the reason i dont have static ip at home. Also the last days we had in our region 2-3 power cuts so my ip changed.

it is UNFAIR to suspend my account and take my money i paid.

Please check again because it may be fault of you log system. Before some days when the connection history give a similar message you told me "Ignore this warning for today. At this moment reserve server is not available and bot connection was transferred to main."

If your logs show differet ip lets check it maybe someone hack my account.
If it is a hack problem can i change my password and try again?

Please check it because i comply all the rules of your site.

But you did not write some days before, this is your first message on the forum, and without your signature, we even don't know what is your receiver, emulator, etc.

If it is a hack problem, change password and make your internet network more secure (put password on receiver, router, whatever you think can be a  reason for hack).
To check if other IP were used, enter your connections history, you will find the following:
"Today, connections to the server were from the following IP addresses:"
below, all IP will be listed used for connection to the server today (from 4-00 MSC). Check and compare if these are your IP or not. If nessesary, disconnect your receiver (unplug it) from the power and check if there were connections from other IP when you were not at home.
As for reply from Moderator, you had to receive auto-reply messages from him that he is not available and will be on Tuesday.

Ok. i believe you for that. but help me. what's the problem? i use the conf files from the forum and only one receiver i have. the only difference was the keep_alive value (300 insteadof 600). Is that problem?

To check if other IP were used, enter your connections history, you will find the following:

I did it. Tha connections seem ok. i disconnect the box and there is no request.

the autoreply said "Please note that messages sent on 19 Novemer to 22 November inclusive will not be processed." Now it is December so i thought is was sent by mistake.

i believe that the problems with violation of rule 4 are because of the skyit packages and the freezes that are often. Those days i more used the skyit and may be because of the often problems of that packages and rejected requests every receiver make more request. Why not you check this with other users logs?

You have to know that SkyIt is a problematic package which comes without guarantee as a bonus and you were still trying to open some channels that cannot be decoded by the server.

Why not you check this with other users logs?

We check everybody, don't worry, and actually, this is the server that registers any violation (or, you think, we do it manually?) and notifies the Moderator on any violation. So, it's the Moderator's decision to ban the user or not.
So, after the Moderator comes back (Tuesday), I think, you will have a reply to your message (I hope so, cause usually, he does not communicate with banned users).

i talk to 2 friends who have the viphb and they also have the message of violation of rule 4 in connection history while they comply all the rules as I do.

(I hope so, cause usually, he does not communicate with banned users).

I believe that it is not my fault about what happened (i complied all the rules of your site) so i expect him to answer. Sure it is his decision to answer to his clients (banned or not) as it is my decision to move to another cardsharing server-site. i do not want to put my money in a hole. He was not fair banning my account. The problem is in the server side.

As i see in the forum many people have problems with the history and it is not clients fault.
