I was wondering when I receveived this email by the system.

My subscription ended at 2013-05-12, so 2 months ago and I'm sure that I have deleted the line...I just controlled newcamd.list again and this file is empty!

what am I doing wrong?

I tried to find a solution in forum, but can't find anything similar...don't want to get in trouble with you guys

The most probable thing is that you deleted your CWS line(s) from newcamd.list but forgot to restart emulator.
Your data remained in the cash memory of your receiver and it continued sending requests to the server.
As a result - you've got banned.
Check IP address in the message - if it is yours, then it is true- you just forgot to restart EMU after deleting CWS lines.

well...this seems to be possible. i cannot remember that i restarted since long long time ago. *shame on me*

I will restart EMU as soon as I am home and will let you know..I think if I don't get email tomorrow, this problem should be done
