I have provider - Satellite BG HD from 23,5 E - Why dont work channels - PENTHOUSE HD ( SID-5607), PENTHOUSE HD1 (SID-5608), PENTHOUSE HD2 (SID-5602) - all on tr. 12 207 V ? These channels are not premium. Thanks !!!

These channels are disabled in Satellite BG subscription. We have separate XXX subscriptions where these channels are included (Vip Porno and Penthouse HD).

I can not view Satelite BG.Only chanels like Eurosport HD,cartoon and Fox LIfe works but not the bulgarian.I have Kathrein UFS 910 HD with e2 and use Mgcamd 1,35.I think I have to add something to keys?somebody can help me?

I'm your subscriber too. I have read in other forums, that Satellite BG puts Parental Control in their cards. Just remove the restriction from your server and I think will be fine to open.

I think, It is not good idea disable channels Penthouse HD on Satellite BG HD. I cannot catch channels from 8 E position with my system diseq A-23.5 E (Skylink HD), B-max. 13 E. Thanks

Hello, I would like to ask you if you can stop blocking those 3 Penthouse channels. I know you offer them in another package, but please consider not everybody has ability to receive channels from 9E etc. where these are also broadcasted..
in short, imagine my situation - I am receiving Astra 19,2E and 23,5E because I am in Czech Republic and all Czech channels are on these 2 positions. I found among channels those 3 Penthouse ones and decided I will buy your Sattelite BG package only because of these 3 channels (others in SatBG are not in my mind as I dont understand Bulgarian language)..
I am not having equipment to receive Penthouse on 9E (if yes, I will buy that package of course). So thats why I bought SatBG package. But as I am now reading, Penthouse is locked by you in this package. That makes me not prolong SatBG package because without Penthouse channels it is pointless package for me.
I hope this explanation told we (or at least me) dont want to "cheat" and I am not asking to enable Penthouse channels because I dont want to buy additional package, but because of dish collection. If I am able to receive 9E, I will more than likely pay for Penthouse package on 9E...
Please, is there any chance you will enable Penthouse channels in Sattelite BG package? If yes, I will prolong my SatBG subscription immediatelly.

well, nothing changed so SatBG package is pointless for me. stopping my subscription for this package. I will pay it again only when those 3 Penthouse channels added, no matter if into current or separate package. but definitely need them on 23,5 E position.

Penthouse channels are bonus and one need to pay additional money to watch them. We are not going to add them. For you, it will be easier to install 2nd head tuned to Eurobird 9E and watch Penthouses from other satellite.

We checked the channels - they are not opened directly from our card. We have pre-paid subscription and if these channels require additional payment- sorry, we can do nothing with this. We cannot change our existing subscription.

I have just checked and this channels do not require additional payment (Satellite BG has only one package, which includes all channels). I'm not sure, if this will help you, but the guys who are waching the channels are using OSCAM. Could you please check where the problem could be, as there some more interesting channels, which will also start shortly.

I have already explained that the channels are not opened from our card directly. We have the card already prepaid. It means that we need to buy another card. What shall we do with this one? To the basket?

I just wanted to say, that there should be no difference, if you have prepaid or not, because they offer only one package, which should be available for all clients and the new channels are also automaticaly activated.

Please try to remove parental control for card with Conax CAM module, or add "pincode = 0000" in oscam.server

Something new about Setellite BG HD? From 16.2. 2012 all channels of provider will be at system Conax CAS7. You must exchange your cryptoworks card. Satellite BG has only one package, which includes all channels - still dont works:
FightBox HD, Erox HD, FilmBox HD, Filmbox Action HD + Penthouse HD, Penthouse HD1, Penthouse HD2 :)

That is not all truth:
- FilmBox HD, Filmbox Action HD are working fine.
- FightBox HD, Erox HD are still black
- for Penthouse HD, Penthouse HD1, Penthouse HD2 - they are extra blocked for this package.
Regarding the cards, they are using the correct ones.

I don't know who blocked these chanels, but i'm sure they are not blocked by provider.
The only problem is the parental control, which can be excluded by suitable CAM module. By default the PIN code is "0000". After removal of parental control, the card can be returned to the reader and no longer blocked these channels.

Maybe nobody blocked those channels. The thing is that when we purchased the card, no such channels existed at all. When provider added the above channels, our card was already activated and working with the channels already existing.
We need to buy a new card. Clear? What shall we do with the old card in this case? To the busket? Who will pay us for that card? I have already explained that the card available is pre-paid and no changes can be made within the existing subscription. Moderator tried to update the card but he failed. No new channels were added.
Let us stop discussing this issue in the future. The package is offerred with the channels existing to the moment when the card was purchased. No new channels will be added. Those who does not like this (2-3 new channels) have the right to ask the Moderator for refund and buy anything else.

the strange thing is, that some of the ney channels like FilmBox HD, Filmbox Action HD and Auto Motor Sport HD (two of them were added from the provider last week) are working without problem.
On the other side it is not a big issue, because only the porno channels are not working...

I understand. All cards of Satellite BG are uncoupled and prepaid. But all cards by default have parental restrictions. In my previous post I proposed a solution that removes the restrictions. This solution is described in many forums in my country. That you have a prepaid card does not mean that you pay for certain channels. Prepay means you pay to watch all channels for the future offered by the operator.
No important that channels 2-3 are not watching. More important is the quality and stability of the service you offer, for which I congratulate you.

If you mean Penthouse HD, Penthouse HD1, Penthouse HD2, we are not going to share them within this package. We have them separately and within XXX packages (from 9E). If you want to watch these channels, tune your dish for 9E and watch. If all packages contain XXX channels, what shall we do? We already share Penthouse HD, Penthouse HD1, Penthouse HD2 from 9E.
Please be noted that only XXX packages contain XXX channels. No XXX inside other packages.

Hello, since last week, Satellite BG has very big delay, changing channel is more than 10 sec, then picture and sound freezes every 10 seconds... I am using your service long time and without problems before... What is the problem now and when it will be resolved?

When I tell you I have Ferguson Ariva 200, fw V2.18B2*, you tell me I have wrong reciever and you will not support me. But I've had the same configuration before and everything went OK. So where could be the problem?? Ping to your server is OK I'm on fast internet.

You are using Ariva 200 at your own risk. Please remember that. It is blacklisted. If you are banned someday, the ban will never be cancelled.

Hi there, I have just buy Satellite BG HD package and I wondering that no porn stations are working. So i start to search where is the problem and found this thread. It is quite annoying that u block porn stations and u dont inform us about this important fact before buying. I bought this package just for this porn stations on Astra 23.5E becouse I am not able tune on 9E from my apartment. I feel cheated out by you whit this.. and I thing many your clients will be happy when you stop blocking it..

Hi, I thing you are not right. When you "sell" something it is normal that you inform your customers about some restrictions and conditions of this product. On your purchase page is link to list of stations that are included in that product, there is not even a word about blocking some stations from this list.
Is the same like when you buy a car and you get it without wheels and engine...
And when you complain, you get answer that you got to read forum before you buy that car??? ...little alibistic and stupid
Forum is for finding sulutions and discuss not for alibistic hiding..
