Hello,
my Account is blocked and i do not know why.
One day i had some problems and restart my receiver two times because i got a black screen but had a ping and connection.
Maybe the server interpreted this as 2 receivers !?
Please unlock my Account, i only use 1 Receiver and i bought new packages some days before i was blocked.

How do you know that your account is blocked? Are you sure?
Cann you enter the billing (www.cardsharingserver.com)? Do you see any pop-up messages when entering the billing?

Hi,
i do not know why this happend because i changed nothing on my receiver.
Maybe it was a problem with our internet connection when our providerhad problems on one day in a big area of germany.
Can you unblock my account please? I'd done nothing except restarting my receiver two times that day.

Very unlikely that Moderator will unban you. As you see, HE has posted log of your connection himself. This is the most severe violation of the server rules.

hello, I'm your client and following seller. this is not my case, but my client's jospap. He has been banned from cascading as rull 8. He was using only one satelite receiver ariva 102e. Recently they had follow up electricity failure due to old electricity system and that is why the receiver was sending many requests for decoding. Please could you unblock his account or give us any possible helping hand how to deal with this problem. Is there any chance to open another account for him as it wasn't his fault? this request is for account skylink 23,5 newcamd user jospap
