Channel 5 HD scrambled

Gone the last 2 days: scrambled .
Frequency ok , as I tested with a different provider and it does work.
Any one else having this problem?

yes i have this problem too only noticed it today havent had time to run further tests yet so unsure if its me or not.

although it may help if i mention that all other HD channels seem to be working fine and also the SD version of channel 5 is also ok

i will have a look at my log and see if i can be of further help

if you mean its frequency its 28.2E  12265mhz H 29500   , i cant recover anything from logs yet as i had a HD failure on my pc and lost my logging utility im still trying to recover/reinstall programmes.

my logging utility is now fixed, if you could tell me where to send it i can provide you with a log file of the  channel 5 HD problem, all i can see is it send the request for ecm, log in connection is accepted, returns error cannot decode.

Astra-2/28,2°e, Frequency 12266 MHz, Polarisation horizontal, Symbolrate 29500, FEC 3/4, Modulation DVB-S2 QPSK

According to http://www.lyngsat.com/packages/skyuk.html (same at http://en.kingofsat.net/tp.php?tp=363) "Channel 5 HD" with SID of 0x0F12 is not known.

Please, try to rescan transponder and check if Channel 5 with proper SID (3858 - 0x0F76) is working.

i must tend to agree i have watch this channel many times in the past and i have not retuned my box in thelast 6months so this seems strange, or is this innability to decode with the card a new development?

i have done a full rescan and still i have the same channel 5 HD and cannot find any other on another pid or frequency...

I repeat again that Moderator checked the channel- it cannot be encoded by our card.
