I have set up an extra subscription for a Spanish friend of mine using the VIP Astra package so as to get Digital + but the only channels that will decode are the German Sky channels and some French. Not sure if all the channels that are supposed to decrypt are doing so but the problem is not one Digital + channel will decrypt. The satelite box is a Skybox F4 but I have also tried this out on my Dreambox and my Technomate TM800 and the results are exactly the same.
Is there some setting special to Digital + that I am unaware of? Any advice would be gratefully received as I have wasted so much time on this trying to get it to work.

At the moment, Digital + Spain is not working, we are sorry. If you want, you may temporary freeze your subscription in the billing. We hope to extend our cards soon and you will be able to watch the package again.

OK I have frozen his subscription but I am a little confused as in the Digital + forum ( which I have only just found) you say you are not working on fixing it!

We are not fixing it because there is nothing to fix. Our cards have been expired. As I just told before, we hope to extend our cards (or to buy new cards).

If you meant this http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?board=72.0, yes, almost everywhere it was told that the package was not sold separately, only as part of VIP packages. It means that it is a free bonus and comes without 100% guarantee as we could not handle it properly.
