PAYMENT IS NOW A NIGHTMARE

I went onto my account 2 days ago to do a simple renewal, which i have done a number of time without problem.
I consider myself reasonably internet savvy, but it has taken two and a half days of pulling my hair out to get payment made.
It would have been nice to have recieved a guidance note with the renewal reminder. Instead you have to fight through the mass of complaints and try to extract fact from fiction.
I had to register my credit card on www.liqpay.com and provide the details necessary to complete registration. I then tried to use OnPay.ru to make payment which after about a dozen attempts failed completely. I went back today and tried Interkassa using Liqpay and it worked first time. Since they both use Liqpay i can't understand why one should work and one not.
Now that this is set up and has worked, i hope it will be easier to do next time.

Suma, there has to be some clearer instruction for customers, because at the moment it is definately a Nightmare to get setup if you don't know beforehand what exactly to do. I got there eventually, as far as i can see many are having difficulties.

What do you mean by clearer instructions?
Are the manuals not clear?

I made payments by myself and made screenshots some time ago. This is out of my knowledge - what kind of cards do European sitizens have, if payment procedure seems to be a nightmare. For me, it was rather easy.
This is not my headacke that some, say, English customers have Belgium sitizenship, Slovenian card and German IP. This is not my problem. Liqpay requires that all data were equal and compatible - if you are a rezident of UK, you must have UK card, UK IP address, etc. (everything from UK). If you have any problems, you may always contact their support to find out - where is the problem.

I think what they are trying to say is that The payment sites do not work with UK credit cards, I have followed your instructions to the letter, I have liked cards and test that they are working on Liqpay, but British banks are stopping the payment to LIqpay directly or via Onpay.ru and INTERKASSA.

To keep your British customers you are going to have to come up with a payment method for people in the UK or that have British credit cards, none on your site work at this moment in time for us  :'( :'(.

two of my subs run out at the end of the month and I hope you can sort something by then!!
