Impossible to Pay

Suma, I realise that you don't actually care who leaves or who stays but after 10 months I
feel that I should explain why I will now have to go elsewhere for CS services.

I would have been happy to stay but it has now become totally impossible to pay for your services.

After jumping through all the hoops requested and giving my card details to Webmoney, Interkassa and
OnPayRU, I have been unable to deposit money into the system.

If anyone from the UK actually manages to deposit money please reply to this post.

I think, you underestimate the payment systems. Have you read all posts (including UK members) re:payment, suppose, here http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=29692.msg86782#msg86782 ?

Why other members CAN pay, and you CANNOT? I think, you are doing something wrong and not follow step by step instructions re: what is really needed.
Hope, the links will be helpful (finally). I don't believe that all UK cards are rejected.

OnPayRU

I followed Suma's pictorial but the second page is NOT as shown, it is....



These are not real numbers but it doesn't matter what number I put in for the
mobile phone number.....with or without the '0' or with 44 (for UK). It will NOT
accept it and 'Continue' does not work. The 'mask' shows 11 digits, which is
why I add the leading zero. Without it is on 10 digits and with 44 (country code)
it is 12 digits.

Managed to get round the OnPayRU 'block' shown above.................just lie.

The mobile number requested is 11 digits starting with a '7' whereas the UK mobile
numbers are 10 digits starting with the '7'.

I added a '0' to the end of my number to make it 11 digits and it was accepted.
Then it was the same as Suma's pictorial.

Everywhere, you need patience... To sit once and make everything without hurrying, step by step, and finally you will succeed. "ZERO" was your problem, because Russian and English rules of international dialing are different.
As you said, it has now become totally impossible to pay for your services. When you sit and consider everything patiently, it becomes possible... and not so difficult as it seemed for the first time.

Hurrying......you are joking?
Like many others I have spent hours over many days trying to figure out the various ever changing
payment systems.
Passports, purses, wmz, wmr, wm id, wm cards are NOT straight forward to use and any slight deviation
results in an error report and the problem is that these messages tend to be in Russian, which requires us
to 'cut & paste' into Google translator which puts it's own 'slant' on the error and does not usually make any sense.

I can now say that OnPayRU does work, but.......
The correct method is NOT as shown in your pictorial instructions!
There is an extra step required, and entering the CORRECT information will not work.

Entering a UK mobile number will NOT work......... but any 'made up' 11 digit number starting with a '7' will work.
This apparently is because "Russian and English rules of international dialing are different".........hands
up any European who knew this!  :o

I am not criticising you here, I am trying to help UK people through the payment maze.

I highly appreciate what you are doing and am already giving the link to your post in order other UK (or European) members follow your experience. This is not criticism, this is "THANK YOU". After you complete all your terrible transactions (i understand what does it mean for non-russian people), please make a brief tutorial to be added additionally to the one already made by me...

i had brain damage over this - systems that worked fine 10-12 weeks ago are now looping in nonsense hell..

It seems credit cards, no matter how real or virtual are now just not working if you like to wear a hat.

FINALLY i got satisfaction - i slipped on a richard nixon rubber mask, bought a uKash voucher, got a formal passport on webmoney, loaded my purse with the ukash voucher, then was able to use webmoney here.

the page to top up your webmoney purse with a ukash voucher is well hidden, it's here: http:// www . wmtransfer . com /eng/addfunds/fast/index.shtml - look down at
the box 'prepaid cards and vouchers' and click on the ukash link..

you WILL need a valid mobile number to take messages on, you WILL need to think carefully about filling in the stuff on the 'formal passport' application at webmoney,
but i'm assuming everyone knows how to complot themselves correctly in this regard, and play safe..

i have been paying for a sub from here for a year now ,,,, but today i have put my credit card details in 100 times and still gettin an error , but thankfully i found this post and started my phone number with 7 and added a 0 at the end and it worked

I am Italian and I want to pay with visa card. all the options I use does not allow you to pay, how do I? I followed all the instructions, but does not work.

Any payment system has support. Ask them- why you cannot pay. I have no idea why you cannot, and other users (from UK, for example) - can.

following your guide, for example interkassa say to click the back button ... does not appear to me that key.

I paid OnPayRU with a UK Nationwide Visa Credit Card.
Enter card number with no spaces
And don't forget to make sure the phone number you use starts with a '7' and is a total of 11 digits long.

well I used to pay via onPay at least two times, but today it doesn't work, it says: Your payment has been rejected due to merchant security settings... I contacted Uniteller support and they send me back to OnPay since they are the ones who are rejecting the paymants. Will see what they replay. It is getting silly because I can't pay via Intercasa as well.... I put my number in but haven't received any sms :(

I'm trying to pay by onpay but after first screen when click Continue I see the next one with "Fill in all fields to continue Mobile phone: Country: " etc. and I can't skip it.
One month ago everything was OK.
Right now I'm few days out of service so how I can pay? (Interkasa not working too)
I saw all "how-to" but on web sides after first screen all is different.

It is strange what you say. I paid 3 minutes ago via Interkassa. I have VISA card. And it worked quick and without any problem. Only one thing. I paid already earlier with my card via Interkassa and probably my card is already checked (authorized). If you pay for the first time right there then it longs probably about some min or 1 hour extra or something like that
