I have a problem with payment by RoboKassa. Last months a pay through RoboKassa, but now I have "Transaction declined". I used, other cards and same problem. Do you know what happened? Why I can't pay trough Robokassa

My bank told me That USA has imposed sanctions on Robokassa. So I might have a problem with payment.
So now I can't pay. I tried robokassa, liqpay, yandex and my card It will not proceed. A month before I pay with no problem, now...

Have you tried the currency other than USD? In the link I provided, the user paid in RUR (Rubles) and had no problems. Yoy know that it does not matter which currency is used when paying for the service. The banks automatically convert currency from one to the other. Or, you were trying to pay in USD?

I tried antoher card and other bank. I have PKO Polish bank, because sanctions I have problem with payment, so I created new bank account (prepaid card wbk) and now is working.

I have got the same problem! Last month payments worked fine with 'ROBOKASSA'... Now all my cards are being declined, both mastcard and visa. So payments from Germany e.g any other European country are currently not working.
Dear Suma, I hope you find a quick solution to that, because if it is true that ROBOKASSA got sanctioned by the US Government you need to think of an alternative.

I think, it is YOU who needs to think of alternative, if you failed paying by Robokassa. We have various payment systems and you have to select and try any other way of payment. You see, people open new cards, pay in Russian Rubles and they succeed. Only YOU are crying and doing nothing... Why do you think that we have to offer something new only for you?

What do mean pay by rubles? That is the only alternative to pay with rubles anyway, because you can only make the payment in rubles with robokassa! And that is exactly what i have been doing a couple of weeks ago and it worked great! None of your options work for my different bank accounts and cards, so theres no need to insult and make me seem like I'm too dumb to make a payment. The person who opened this thread was suffering obviously the exact same problem and will also not be the only one in the future, since a second round of sactions has been announced and russia trying to gain more independance of the american payment systems. So in long term you will have to think of an alternative anyway, as unfortunate as it seems 'especially for me' but most banks in Germany tend to decline transactions with Russian and Ukrainian banks, due to the events in Ukraine at the moment.

Just tried Robokassa again and it wouldnt work, then gave liqpay a try and it surprisingly went through after a while))) So happy about that liqpay works again from Germany, I didnt thought it would. Makes me look like an mug but i didnt quite rely on it working again, due to the events in ukraine.

You see that there are some other ways (and even your favourite one) that works. If you failed once, try other time, etc etc. It can't be so that ALL payment systems are not working.
Yes, it was a great problem for a couple of days when USA just posed their sanctions, but now it's OK, I think. Never give up until you get a positive result. It WAS a so-called global problem, but now it's OK...
