Normally i top up my account by using interkassa, and its been fine, but yesterday i tried it 3 times, and its taken the money from my mastercard, and ive also got the text saying ive sent money, but its not appearing in my account. Please help. Thanks!

You have to provide this information to Interkassa, not to us. We are not payment system and we cannot affect them. Contact their support, on-line chat and provide them with all this information. Only THEY can help you. I think, you are just sitting and waiting when your account will be deposited. If you see that something's going wrong, address your issues to the online support or send them e-mail. You will find all contacts on their page.
Read topic for successful users who paid successfully without problems and try to follow other steps using other payment system(s).
