it is ridiculous... i have put in $19.90 so i can prolong VIP ultra for two months, got charged $23.28 (I don't mind)but my account was deposited $19.89?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! guess what... i cannot prolong my subscription for two months as i have not enough funds... Moderator, billing man or whoever please get this sorted!

So, are you expecting from me that I will contact ALL these payment systems and clarify where are your 0.01 USD? I think, this is beyond my duties here, on the forum. You will always find on-line assistant THERE visiting any of these payment systems and ask him (not me!) - WHY?

OK... SECUREPAYS.NET it is the first option on the billing system all 4 you have put on the post are not the one... it is the first one... as described in the subject (via SecurePays)...

It is not a question of 0.01 USD (but i have 9.94USD which i cannot use)... If you read my post correctly i am not asking to get back my missing 0.01USD i am asking to sort this out, the system is marked as NEW therefore if it is not working correctly i thought it was my duty to report it... but obviously you are not interested...

Finally, I've got more or less reasonable answer I can comment on.
Even though I have no such payment system in my billing (probably, it is only for far-abroad (European) users), I will suggest you again to contact online support and ask them - why they overcharged you. I have no idea, why did they do that. I never faced this problem before when depositing my account. The amount I specify in the window when transferring funds was always equal to the one that was deposited to my balance. Maybe they have some peculiarities, they will explain you.

Your account has been deposited with additional (missed) amount. I have notified the TechGuy (technical support of our server) about the issue, and seems that the bug was corrected. An error was when rounding off the small amounts like 0.01 or 0.1USD. So, we are sorry for the bug and thank you for the reporting on this.
Re: new SECUREPAYS.NET system - I really do not see it in my billing (as my IP is not european). Now, I am aware of the system and the bug you faced. The system is new and not yet well tested.
I apologize for the issue. You will find some bonus in your billing (this is a so-called excuse from our server).

I used the new SecurePays-Service today for the first time: works perfectly, money is available on instant (or after 2-3 minutes)
I used a Neteller.com prepaid Credit Card (in my case a real one I already have for years, might also work with a Neteller Virtual Credit Card but I dont know for sure)
I added 25 USD to my account and got 25 USD on my CS-account *g*
Neteller charged me with 29,25$/24,58€ on my account (exchange rate = 1 USD = 0.84020889 EUR)
I am from Germany but the Neteller service is UK based (what makes often problems using the Neteller credit card because some services recognize a credit card number of a foreign country/UK in combination with my german address)

As the SecurePays-service claims the maximum amount is 50 USD:
is this limit per month, per day or every time I use it even on the same day ?

because my last posting here was linked to from another tread today:
Virtual Neteller card also works via Secure Pays (but we only tried <50 dollar via Secure Pays, that limit bby Secure Pays was listed at least until 2 weeks ago, currently the deposit-site only list a minimum of 3 dollar - so try <=50 dollar if you get a limit-error

I created a new Neteller account for a friend two weeks ago and directly "uploaded" 40 dollar to the account (via only banking, was listed around 5 minutes later on Neteller)
It takes 2-3 days to get verified after my friend directly uploaded the front and back side of the passport after creating the account (scanned by PC of course)
We created a virtual credit card after account was verfied.
We were able to pay successful via SecurePays (38$ so below the old, currently not listed limit on the despit-site) ~20 minutes after creating the virtual credit card and the money was directly (or 3-4 minutes afterwards) booked on the CS-account
If the Secure Pays limit is still 50 dollar (only not shwon on deposit-site anymore), you can add additional 50 dollar (or less) 24 hours later, also saturdays and sundays are "days" so you can spend 50 dollar on saturday and additional 50$ on sunday/24 hours later, not the same day

PS: if you create a virtual Neteller credit card directly on creating the account and do not get the complete credit card informations (security number and "valid to" value): if you check your Neteler account > virtual credit card (Net+ cards): besite your uncomplete virtual credit card informations you see a picture of a credit card - type in your secure number (or if you don't know it receive it via email-option) to get the whole credit card informations to use the card for payments(takes a while until I understand the system either, we created a new credit card but additional virtual credit cards are charged with a fee!)
