hello, do you know why paypal method is unavailable? Is it possible to change/enable it?

We use this option from time to time. This is a private person (30% charge), not system itself.

It's a private person who enables and disables payment by himself. Check it regularly, maybe will be available.

Use any other alternative method of payment available in the billing. PayPal is not forever and you have to understand that this is a temporary option appearing from time to time.
Users are the reason for it by themselves, asking for refund, sending abuses, etc.
