Hi,
I am not sure what happened, but I was banned for 10 minutes twice due to rules violation when I have been trying to watch Redlight. I was on server number 3, and didn't do anything, which might have been caused ban. I noticed that channel has been scrambled every 10 seconds and then worked again. In my opinion there was some issue on server number 3, which led to unfair ban. I have switched to number 2 and changed password at the end. It works fine now, but I am afraid when I would like to watch Redlight again it will happen again. I do not want to be banned forever and pay penalty fee. Could you please check if everything is fine with VIP Poland, especially with adult channels. Thank you.

I have openbox S10HD and cannot get log file unfortunately. The only thing I would like to know if it was my fault or something at your end. I would like to use your great service and do not want to get into trouble.
