OSCam Serious rules violations detected

I was using Vu+ Uno, running BlackHole 2.1.5 with OSCAM 1.00-unstable_svn-ymodv18-t33 build #0, using newcamd protocol. Decoding was working fine. My Connections History was showing 0 EMM requests.

I upgraded the firmware of the Vu+ Uno to BlackHole 3.0.2.E, and OSCAM 1.20-unstable_svn SVN r11233, using cccam protocol. Decoding was working fine. I then checked my Connections History, and it was showing 4 EMM requests.

I know the rules say no EMM requests allowed, so I disconnected the Vu+ Uno from internet, and downgraded back to BlackHole 2.1.5 with OSCAM 1.00-unstable_svn-ymodv18-t33 build #0, using newcamd protocol. I reconnected it to the internet and decoding is working fine. My Connections History is still showing 4 EMM requests, which is good because it is not increasing.

The file "oscam.server" is always the one provided by CS, I did not modify it.

I have "au = 0" parameter in my "oscam.conf" file, as advised in the Rules document.

I do not know why EMM requests were sent, and I hope I stopped it quickly enough.

My Connections History is now showing "Serious rules violations detected! Your account may be disabled!" for reasons "Connections using different emulators detected.". It is listing "CCcam 2.3.0" (the updated OSCam using cccam protocol) and "OSCam" (the old OSCam using newcamd protocol).

Am I in trouble?

My Connections History is now showing "Serious rules violations detected! Your account may be disabled!" for reasons "Connections using different emulators detected.". It is listing "CCcam 2.3.0" (the updated OSCam using cccam protocol) and "OSCam" (the old OSCam using newcamd protocol).

Check if only one of your emulators (OSCam or Cccam) is enabled. Probably, when you changed firmware and emulator, the other emu was active too. Check also if only ONE emulator is installed and active in your system. If you use OSCam (with any protocol), only OSCam shall be used, no other emulators.
Cccam protocol is recommended for use only with MgCamd emulator https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=33652.0
But in this case, you have to forget about OSCam and install and use MgCamd emulator with Cccam protocol.
We do not recommend using other emulators but MgCamd with Cccam protocol and provide the settings only for this bundle.
If you are experimenting with various emulators, you have to know for sure how to adjust them (it relates to OScam with Cccam protocol - we do not provide any recommendations and settings for this bundle).

Thank you for your reply.

The only emulator present on the Vu+ Uno was either the old version of OSCam or the new version of OSCam - never at the same time. I have never used any other emulators than OSCam.

On the Vu+ Uno, changing the firmware wipes all data and settings, therefore I know exactly which version of OSCam was running.

Everything is now running fine on the old version of BlackHole and old version of OSCam and using newcamd protocol. I thought it would be just a simple firmware+emulator upgrade

I would like to investigate the MgCamd emulator, but am now worried about the condition of my account Is my account in trouble now?

I don't think so. If you are able to post your messages on the forum, watch TV using our service, enter the billing - then, everything is OK. The warning you received was just a warning, nothing more. When you receive the message like this "Your account was disabled...", then, it's a problem. But you received just notification and, of course, shall check everything that was mentioned in the warning. That's all.
