i have problem with my customers, 5 from all have from 20.09.2014 this: broken ECM packages sent to the server (packages with damaged structure), but this people have nothing cammon.
Each is from another city !!! is it possible? is it coincidence? please can help me ? because i have still phone from them.

i understand what it is, but it not possible that in same time for each 5 customers have no good net or no good signal. Each are from anothers cities. Its not possible. I understand that 1 base this problem but 5 in same time ?

How i unblock ban, i have enough money in my account.

I've good reception, and good internet. Have never had any problems. And now a $5 penalty.

Cries begin when something happened. You are sure in your receiver, settings, internet etc. as if all you have is perfect. You have JUST registered on the forum and behave yourself as if you are an experienced user and are here for years.
It seems to me that before starting to argue, you have to read what is written on the forum, be familiar with the equipment, specifics of our server, learn the rules, etc.
