I transfered $80 to Yandex from my bank account two weeks ago, but nothing has showed up yet. Also no reply from Yandex support
How do you pay via SecurePays as some had success with?

I contacted them 4 days ago and again 10 hours ago. No reply. Maybe it's only russian speaking supporters?

Impossible, if they have English page, they must have English speaking support

Please describe what you've done step by step. I think, you've made some error and did something wrong when depositing money to your Yandex-wallet.

Yes, I wrote them from there. Got an automatic reply saying my ticket was created and they would get back to me when it's my turn in the queue.
The steps I did was open an account, chose deposit by bank account and browsed through to find the account from my country to transfer money to. Made sure to include note in transfer with correct number for identifying my yandex account, as they said.

I used wire transfer from my online bank. I did exactly as that page says and made sure to include the special number in payment details.

They said my money will be in my account in 4 workdays.

Yes, I read that a few times.
That's why I got worried when nothing happened in 3 weeks and no word from support...

Hi for a couple of minutes I see paypal and Visa/Mastercard (secure pay) as method, I used the second one and worked instantly but doesn't exist anymore...   please readd at least Visa/mastercard direct method, I have problem liquipay and others because I can't get the sms to link my card...

hi all is there any other way of paying as my subs are up soon and I've tried to pay through liqpay, onpay.ru, interkassa with no luck so far don't no if its just UK visa banks but this is the only way I can pay

im only getting these show up when I go into deposit plus paypal which charges 30% ontop
I had trouble last year but managed to pay through Ukraine I think

ye i can confirm SecurePays works with UK cards well worked on my visa credit card
