According to your last message on time-schedule, we will wait until Dortmund - Bayern: 25/05/2013 20:45 CET. Please understand that we cannot stand and check all channels all the time (24 hours). In the thread, you are the only user who experience some problems. Why other users keep silence? Only you. We are not going to adjust server for your acamd plugin, understand it. We have rules - CSC must be used. All the remaining problems are yours. You have to follow our rules or ignore them - this is up to you.
Check other CS servers, maybe you will find something better.

I do use CSC plugin. The acamd was activated to collect logs because CSC logs are very cryptic and not obvious.
And behaviour is identical when using CSC and acamd. So this is not the point. ... I am not asking to adjust server for me. I don't understand where did you get this idea from.

Particular this event might not be the best to measure problems of the server, because the football match will be available for all SkyDE customers. I dont kow how Sky Germany will make this one time event available even to none-sports subscribers but somehow Sky will find a technical solution to decode this match for every subscriber regardles of the booked packages.

Suma I really don't understand your frustration. I though I was more than clear. My setup is a working setup. I have three subscriptions for fuck sake! And I only have problems occasionally with sky uk. You are absolutely right nobody complains but look how many people watch this thread! May be things are not that obvious?

6om6a, a few days ago, you were adviced to switch (change) the server.

6om6a, try to switch server. As I see you are using srv-2, which located in UA - maybe there is a bad trace from your location. Try to switch it to DE-serv.

If you are sure that problem is in server, just change it.
As for SkyUK channels, have you read about duplicated channels and the SIDs allowed? Check it when you experience any problems.

I have steady 50 msec reply time on server 2 . OK it is only 20 on server5 but I am sure this is not not going to help. Look at ricksat post! He is on server5 and it is not any better.I am watching ping and during this glitches ping remain steady, no packets lost or whatsoever.

Or you are talking about server's DCW updates? When picture gets stuck DCW comes later than after 8 sec. When all normal I get DCW update every 8sec approximately
