SkyUK - Nick Jnr +1 and Nick Jnr 2 not working?

Hi,

I realise this probably isn't a server problem, but these channels have been working for a while. I've checked the freqs and they appear to be up to date.

All other channels are working okay. I've tried updating to the latest firmware, aj channel list and replace/priority/ignore lists from your recent post.

It shows signal within normal levels for the channel but it just says scrambled continuously. It may be Nick Jnr's fault, my reciever/dish fault or the server.

So I was hoping some one else here with SkyUK could confirm whether Nick Jnr +1 and Nick Jnr 2 are working. Nick Jnr 2 stopped working a few days ago, +1 has stopped working today.

Hi,
Have you checked the content of the package we share? Are these channels are included in the subscription?

Yes. They were working for many months also. (they are childrens channels so are part of the sky package you have)

I'm using a skybox m3, they dont provide log files sorry.

I was hoping some one using the service could check these channels to see if they work.

We are checking the channels. Appears that they changed frequency.
Check and compare:
Nick Jnr +1 -  Eutelsat 28A   11661.54,   H,   DVB-S   QPSK    27500 2/3 and
Nick Jnr 2 - 11344.00, H, DVB-S   QPSK    27500 2/3

Are they OK?
