You have not provided ANY information about your equipment, logins, emulators, etc etc.
Do you think that i am going to ask you all questions one by one each time?
Have you ever read HOW you have to ask questions to receiver a qualified answer?
Don't expect from me ANY answer before you provide COMPLETE information on your subscriptions and equipment.

There was a problem with Server 2 earlier today, which was posted in the News & Annoucements thread posted by Suma earlier:

Also Suma is asking you to put all your info in the signature at the bottom of your posts. To do this go to Profile>then click forum profile and under the Signature section put all the details you have in your last post. i.e. Box type, subscription, Cam type etc. This will include these details every time you Post a message.

We had a problem with server 2, i have already mentioned this in News and Announcements. Currently, server 2 is working OK. I personnaly use server 2 too and everything is working for me OK. If you used your second receiver, you HAD to remove all data from the first one (or disconnect it physically) and add the settings data to your second receiver. If this is due to the problems we had, now everything is OK and your second receiver MUST worki, but with the first one being disconnected from the server. Otherwise, you will get BAN because of using the same login simultaneously for 2 receivers.

I have two logins ,two accounts I do remove all information from box and put in new but I cant get new sub to work all cams and settings are the same apart from my old one is on server 1.

PM me your login and password and all details (CWS line) from the subscription which is not working for you, I will check. Don't forget to disconnect your receiver from internet

Since server 2 has had some problems I deciced to try another server. I cannot do this, as there is only one server to choose from in Menu/Servers. There is 'server 2' only.

Server 2's location is different now which causes  problem because of higher latency, hence I would prefer server1 or 3 as they didn't change their location.

Still though, why can I change the server in the menu? I haven't noticed any information/warning regarding server's change.

Moderator send e-mails to everybody with server details. Check e-mail (spam folder too).

I read the message regarding server2's location change and I have made according changes at my DM800's settings.

However, the email from moderator doesn't say anything about inability to change the server. That was my (and still is) question. There were three options, now there is one. How come?

Follow the Moderator's notification. That's all for now. If you want the channels to be opened faster, use our ignore and priority lists. I cannot suggest snything else. And wait, when other servers are available again.
