Problems with picture Freezing.

Hi, i have been having problems for a while now and was hoping it was just a bad few weeks but its still happening now, i am a total noob to all this stuff so i hope i can provide you with info you need.

Which problem do you have?

All programs provided by your Sky UK HD keep having an intermittent freezing that lasts for about 6-10 seconds.
but if i watch freeview channels BBC, ITV ect..  i have no problems.

Which equipment (receiver, DVB card) are you using?

I am using a sunray dm800hd se sim2.1

Which image, emulator, protocol are used?

on your website it says im using Newcamd525
my box says newcamd - not sure if im looking into the rigth place.

Hi i have read these and i cannot understand any of it, when i first installed the box and setup the subscription the box work flawlessly, its only about 7 months down the line im having problems, i have not changed anything or installed anything onto the box since that day. im not too sure why its started to do this and i dont know how to diagnose the problem as i got the box of ebay all ready installed and setup, it was a simple plug and play... so suma if you have any handy noobie guides how to fix or even reinstall the system id be willing to have a look.

i have done a lot of reading and learning in the last couple of days i have tried all various images and updates even diffrent servers, my dad uses the same package as me (altho he has his subscription seperate) and has no problems here i have attached a link to my video i have made for you to see.

the only thing i can think of is maybe my dish moved but i re aligned it and now have a signal strength of 70%+,  it was at about 60%.

hope you could help me some how.

Hi again. Final reason, as i think, could be in your internet connection. Check ping and route to our server using your internet provider. As you see from your father's example, everything is OK with our server. Ask dish specialists to adjust your dish more accuratly, maybe something is still wrong with it. Also, take your receiver to your father's home and check it using HIS login and password. If it's OK, the problem is somewhere at your home (either dish or internet connection). (As for me, I use Domica 9.0 image with DM800 HD SE and i have no problems).
