Sky uk, all channel scrambled.

I don't have any channels at all currently. I have had this problem since 21st September.

My subscription seems to be valid and my account isn't banned I don't think - account name "salturner"

I've turned the Skybox F3 off and requested that the server be changed from serv3 to serv1 - I will update the mgcamd config files tomorrow when I switch it back on.

Is there a problem with the skyuk package at the moment or is the problem just for me ?

I cannot tell abut this afternoon, but right now on serv3 I have no problems with Sky One HD, Comedy Centeal HD, FX-HD, TCM-HD, Movies24, Sky Showcase HD, Sky Premiere HD, Sky Comedy HD, Sky Action HD, Sky Family HD, Sky Thriller HD, Sky DramaRomantic HD, Sky SciFi/Horror HD, Sky Modern Greatest HD, Sky Classic HD, Dave HD, Sky Atlantic HD, Sky2, ComedyCentral+1, ComedyCentral-Extra, E4-HD, Channel 5 HD, ITV2-HD and DMAX *g*

There is no problem with the server and package as well. Check your box, internet connection (i suspect the problem is in internet)

I can ping serv1 without a problem, from my netbook, I changed from a wired connection to a wireless one to see if there is a network issue with the Skybox F3.

It seems that the Skybox F3 has no connectivity through a wired or wireless connection; it produces a "cannot connect to server" error when trying to get weather.

Probably the problem is with the Skybox.

Strangely though I can decrypt "Sky Living +1"

Very strange as no other channels seem to be working ?

I can decrypt "History +1" also. Is moderator sure that the package is ok ?

Read the corresponding thread re: SkyUK
If you see that all other users have similar problems, it means that the problem is on the server. If no - find the problem inside your receiver, settings, internet connection.
Finally, i need a log-file to study your problem.

Thanks for responding so quickly, I am doing tests, sadly the skybox f3 will not let me download a log file.

I am getting similar issue, while using skybox m3, as most of the channels are being scrambled. only few non-hd sky movies channels are being decrypted successfully. any help on this? thanks.
