Star Plus HD & Sky News HD working intermittently

Can you please looking into why Star Plus HD (Sky UK 784) and Sky New HD (Sky UK 501) only work now and again. A lot of people I know took out a subscription to watch Star Plus Hd and its a shame it only works now and again. You are losing lots of customers because of this and it might be a good idea to invest into these these channels so they are available all the time.

Maybe, Mgcamd 1.37 is the reason of your "now and again"? We use 1.35(a) on our server, no other mgcamd-s

Actually MGcamd 1.37 works better. I have tried 1.35a and its no different if not worse. Have you got Star Plus HD on your backup servers? It will be worth investing on Star Plus HD as its a very in demand channel on sky uk, especially amongst linux box users. I have referred many people to your service but cant anymore due to this issue with Star Plus HD.
