I had something strange to my subscription. at first everything has been almost working fine (occasionally freeze which required changing channel to reconnect). about 3 days before the expiry of my subscription, I checked my subscription to renew it but there was no information although my connection was still working fine. So unable to renew due to missed data, I purchased new subscription starting the next day after my current subscription expires (according to the notification I received). I checked and the newly purchased subscription is now showing in my subscription. Please note nothing changed in my setting.
The problem started after the last subscription expired and the new one started. while my receiver shows connected for the 2 packages I purchased, no channel is able to be received as they all now show scrambled!
my receiver is Technomate TM-6902HD=T2 Super. everything has been working fine until to the new subscription date started.
Could you help or suggest what to do?

Probably, you connected earlier than it is required

If you extended your subscription without interrupting it, you would be able to watch the package as before.
Have you received any message from the server?
Show your log-file from the very beginning of connection to server.

Many thanks suma. I found out what went wrong. Somehow i ended up with two accounts (maybe because originally i registered on separate comptures!). Once i entered the correct user name, everythings worked fine...
