blackout on Skylink 23,5E anew ?

since the last night (Feb.21st-Feb.22nd) no channel running at the TP 23,5°E 11 739MHz 29 500   kB/s
and
the same applies to TP  23,5°E 11 914MHz 29 900 kB/s
Any card-sharing issue again ?
When do you expect to have this issue resolved please ?
