Account blocked? Urgent help needed

Hi my username is gus13. I am user since more than 2 years. I get no connection..in the connection history it says:User gus13 history
 History is shown for today starting from 4:00 Moscow time

Main server for connection - server_312
For today, no one connection to the main server with login gus13 detected
Reserve server for connection - server_39
For today, no one connection to reserve server with login gus13 detected

Do i have been blocked? I changed no settings at all..all is running like always..i have internetconnection, restarted also router. So why i get no connection?

Hi,
No one connection detected means that your receiver does not enter internet. Check connection btw receiver and router.
