You just purchased a new receiver with pre-installed firmware (image).
In the most cases, the firmware installed does not support cardsharing options or the functions are restricted.
We advise you installing new firmware (image) before using your receiver.
Please  consult support forums of your receiver, find, download and install the latest firmware.
Be sure that it supports the main requirements of our server - newcamd protocol, mgcamd 1.35(a) emulators.
Never use Softcam pre-installed! We recommend to delete it.
