1. Be sure that emulator is up and running in your receiver
2. Check if internet is available in your receiver
3. Be sure that LAN cable is connected to the receiver and router
4. Restart router
5. Be sure that in network settings of your receiver, additionally to ip address, subnetwork and gateway, nameserver (DNS) is specified correctly. Typically, it's the same ip address that gateway has. Either, add a field with DNS - 8.8.8.8
6. Compare the CS settings in your receiver with those received in the billing ("My subscription"), be sure that emulator settings have not been erased accidentally.
7. Be sure that register is correct in your login-password (smAll, cApital).
8. be sure that there is no excess spaces or symbols in your CS-data.
9. Check if your ip address is banned by the server or not. For this purpose, run command line on your PC and complete the order «ping servername». Instead of
servername, specify domain name of the server. If you get the response measured in milliseconds, your ip was not banned by the server, it's OK.
