Each time when you tell that the package is down, you are requested to provide log-file. Find the problems within your internet, settings, etc.

I changed serv from 3 to 1 and everything works fine. I switched to 3 yesterday. There must be some issue with this one.

I noticed that some Polsat Cyfrowy channels do not work. Example: TVNHD+1, TVN7HD.
Could you please check that for me?

VOD channels are not and will not working, VOD means Video On Demand - they are PPV (Pay per View channels) which are not included in none of the packages. For them, you need to buy an official card and pay operator for viewing those channels.

Polsat Film HD and Polsat Sport Extra HD are not working, Moderator is notified on the issue.
Sundance is working OK. I see you are mixing two packages. The channel is shared with N Polska package, not with Polsat

Polsat Food Network
CBS Action
to decode most of them since 21.1.2013 you will need to upgrade your card to new offer / package.

Some of these channels can be opened with our current cards (both Polsat and Platforma N). Moderator is notified on the Polsat problems.

Any news on Polsat Cyfrowy issue? I presume they have changed cards and they need updating. It has something to do with new contracts.

I can confirm that those channels doesn't work!
But in fact the following channels worked for a few days for me:
Viasat History
Viasat Nature
But they are not wokring anymore for about 3-4 days! The thing is that I bought this package only a week ago and I saw them work only for about 2 days. But not anymore :(

i have cyfrowy polsat subscription an since 2 weeks i have some problem to watch channels, BBC knowledge pol 11117/v/27500 sid=390b pid=189a vpid=1839
BBc entertainment 11117/v/27500 sid=390apid=1836 vpid=17d5 and E! 10758/v/27500 sid=427f pid= 0020 vpid=0123.
I dont have clue what is the reason i didn't change anything in my files since this happen i have skyboxf3.
Will be Gratefully for any help thanks.

Guys, I have explained earlier that we know about the problem and Moderator is trying to fix it. Why are you posting about one and the same things in different topics? Are you reading the forum or you are just expressing your opinion anywhere you like?
I will repeat again - Moderator is aware of the issue. Be patient please. Everybody knows that cardsharing service is far from the law. Id you cannot wait - OK then buy an official card and enjoy! Everybody pays money, we know, we also paid money for cards - so, can you be a little bit patient and wait when the problem is solved?

I do not want to be misunderstood. I don't complain. I am just courious. What is happening with Polsat at the moment. Do they change cards or anything? Will it affect your service? Similar situation with new Platforma coming NC+(Plarforma N + Cyfra+HD). I am just wondering if you have got any new or update on that.

Do not worry about NC+. Platforma n and cyfra + are going to use old system/cards for the next 2 years...
