Hello ,
I purchased VIP hotbird , i installed mgcamd 1.35 as i was advised to , i corrected "N" and "K" data , i copied the keys.
1st Q : Is it normal that i dont have access to every channel? e.g. n@v@ sports 3 and 5 i dont have access.
2nd Q: I get occasionally 5-15 sec freezing on my channels ..should it be happening?

Yes, it is normal. If you have blackscreen, it means that the channels are not working. If you see adv on these channels, it means that they are not broadcasting any event.
2nd Q: I get occasionally 5-15 sec freezing on my channels ..should it be happening?
No, it should not. If the channel is working at all, it should not freeze. You will receive further advice when you complete your signature and when we know your receiver. There can be million advices, but i am not sure they will be useful.

First of all i want you to know that i am an amateur. I set my dreambox up by myshelf starting from zero. Therefore i may not completely understand some terms.
Secondly i am asking and not complaining. I knew about not 100% guaranty of my package.
I want to inform you that firstly i installed emu mgcamd 1.38 and its config "http://www.2shared.com/file/r0FWQ2DQ/e1-MGCamd-Config_130_080502tar.html" . Then manually from my dreambox i installed mgcamd 1.35 and manually i changed the config as i was instructed to do so from "my subscription" section through DCC.
I didnt do it from the start because when i did so i couldn't see it in the "temp" folder from my dreambox. So i couldn't install any configuration.
Any suggestions?
I have image i may watch for a hole our without interruption but i may have a 5-15 sec interruption every 5 or every 10minutes.
Additionally i do not know how to add the "ignore list" in my profile.

No need to add ignore list to the profile, as the main things are required only: your subscription, receiver, emulator. All the remaining things can be posted on the forum.
We recommend using our default mg_cfg file and other settings http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=28611.0
You may use only priority.list for NOVA package with these lines:

Because I have the same problem here my friend.... What can I do??
I download the mgcamd config files, I put it in my box and in priority.list file add the 2 lines that you tell before.
But the freezing is still happend....
Any suggestions please??
P.S.: This issue is on NOVA package.

Try to change firmware or re-flash your receiver again with re-installing mgcamd 1.35. This is the last advice I can give you.
Which channels in particular are freezing for you? I need a log-file.

my frezzing periods linger. Any recommendation is welcome.
WARNING, both cws changed! means that the key has not arrived in time. Check your mg_cfg file configuration. Use the one recommended by our server. Also pay attention to mgcamd 1.35, it must be for Enigma 1 since DM500 are based on Enigma 1 firmware.
You are recommended to change firmware (refer to the link and to the posts above), and mgcamd for enigma1. Finally, if it does not help, check your internet connection - check ping and route to our server.
P.S. Freezeing HB - what does it mean? Is the whole package with ALL channels freezing? Or any particular channels from any particular package inside Hotbird?
