Hi for last 2 months my TV not working, I paid, check internet connection and all cable connection, I got canals but shown but they not active. What else I should check and could you please is everything fine in yours side

Open channels show?
There is no problem from our side. Your login is connected to the server. Your receiver is not sending requests.

Yes EPG is working, however now re-booted and clear all and try to set up all setting
