You may cancel both your subscriptions any time by sending e-mail to the Moderator with a corresponding request (and explaining him, what do you want). In this case, you will be refunded, the remaining amount will come back to your balance and you will be able to buy what you need.
Only this way, I think.

Thanks for your info, but i cannot find any link or email address where to send this request. I'd like to change my existing subscriptions asap to VIP ALL ULTRA.
