Temporary ban

Hi there, my account, username - badesha was banned temporarily after I changed the server I was using for sky UK from server2 to server3 but forgot to change the settings on my dreambox. I changed the settings as soon as the email arrived at 10am UK time but its now 3pm UK time and Im still banned from Server3...how long until I can access it again?

Thanks its back up now but Im having the same problems... none of the Zee channels are working
