renewal of sky package

i am trying to prolong my package, but it will not let me.
i have paid in to my account 30$ then i go to "my subscription" it shows i have $31, 48 credit, but when i try to prolong nothing appears in the box, and it will not work. it still shows the same dates
i bought the credit yesterday, and my package expires tomorrow.
what am i doing wrong

Personal messages and e-mail are different things.
You cannot send PM via the forum. However, you can send him e-mail. Do you know what is e-mail???

yes, i do know what an e-mail is, but what is the e-mail address i should use, if i cant use "my messages" from this page   
i am new to all this, so am a complete virgin on this site and do not know my way around yet, please be patient with me !!

I try to be patient with all our users, since the half of them are really stupid.
If you open English forum, you will find E-mail to contact Moderator topic almost in every thread. It is specially made for such users.

You can imagine how tired i must be if every second user is asking me - HOW TO CONTACT MODERATOR?
The answer is simple - read the forum. Don't try to receive an immediate reply from admins, read the forum first.
