im not sure what to do as i have been having internet problems with my isp as i have a fault on my line which keeps disconnecting me i would be happy for one of your admins to come and listen to a phone call as i can prove this i am current waiting for them to install a new line into my house and i assure you this is not done purposely. but im not sure how long this might take and i don't want to loose my tv channels please advise me as soon as possible as i do not want a permanent ban for something i cant control
