Hello

I have purchased a new subscription from you. This is  VIP Lite to go with my sky uk subscription.

The new subscription details are
Account log in: nikmiles008         
Password:
Newcamd525
serv2
Port ??

When I was given the string all info is as above but there is no port number. As I have already said I want this to go with my existing sky subscription I already have wth you and both will be running on my IP address

Could you please help as I can not connect to the server.

Hi,
You will find full information on your subscription in the billing (My subscription). Everything- server name, port No., CWS lines etc. are provided over there.

Thank you for the reply i have found the info for the settings under subscriptions on the re sellers page but unfortunately it only gives the word info in the port column which you can click on but there is no other numbers or info giving the actual port settings i am using server 2 for this account because i have another box which i use for the other account (nikmiles007) they both run off the same IP. Is it possible you could give me the port settings?? so i can connect.
