I had a false order with no payment. When I made payment I am guessing it was seen to a change of our order and we now have to wait until 6AM Moscow time tommorow? How can we get activated for our new account today?

I am a new customer yet I have to wait until 6AM tomorrow to use my account. There was an incomplete order where I was unable to make a Paypal payment. However, I have made payment for my first order.

Hi,
What is your subscription? And what does "Incomplete order" mean?
If you followed all steps described in the billing thoroughly while paying via PayPal, your order should have been completed.
So, if you finally paid and your balance is not empty, you had to purchase your 1st subscription and connect within the nearest hour. Why do you need to wait until 6AM if you are a new user just registered?
Have you read News and Announcements? Breaking rules?

Why can't you just read what I have written?

I have 2 order confirmation emails even though I have made only 1 Paypal payment.

SO YOUR system tells me that for this my first COMPLETE order with PAYMENT that I have to wait until 6AM today.

I am not making this up! Your system thinks my 1st PAID subscription is actually my 2nd.

Maybe you should think about using Paypal IPN???

You were just confused with what happened.
Actually, nothing serious.
You made 2 orders - one empty (cause you had not paid), and the second one - paid.
So, you've got a usual message that your subscription will start at 6AM next morning.
But, according to our new rules recently introduced http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=24086.0, your first day had to be free and your subscription started at the nearest hour.
Because of your first message which was totally unclear to me, you have lost your time (i.e. your first free day).
Next time, when describing any problem (if any), be more specific, provide as many details as possible.

Can I ask if Nova 13e is more reliable when using Mgcamd 1.35 and your config/priorty lists rather than via CCcam as it seems in and out of service on all server?

If you study the forum more thoroughly, you will find which emulators are recommended http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=19680.0
In the billing, you had to notice that only 2 types of protocol (newcamd and camd3) are used.
Use mgcamd 1.35 with ignore, priority lists, default mg_cfg config from our server http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=28613.0
Please be noted that NOVA is not 100% guaranteed and the package is not full. The channels which are working - they are working (rather stable) OK. If the channel shows you black screen - skip it and try other channel. In your receiver, make a bouquette of favourite channels deleting the "black screened" ones. No HD channels are available in NOVA, only SD.
