Do not close this page and try to refresh it in a few minutes. In some cases, processing of payments with credit cards can be delayed up to several hours.>
SO THE TRANSACTIONS WITH ID35952185(78.85EUR), ID35952629(79,28EUR) AND ID35952995(79.28EUR) ARE MADE BY MISTAKE for three times, for the same reason, to renew my subscription for 1 year!!!even that my account is empty and my subscription ends on 15/03/2014.

in few minutes, your card gets available
go back here, go to payment page, choose ONPAY.RU method
in green area, choose ONLINE MONEY, and from there YANDEX DENGI (first one, with the orange wallet icon), submit
log in to yandex
choose to pay with your card
confirm with SMS the payment
watch your favourite tv ...(SUTEL) :) :)

If you can't see that your balance has been deposited, it means that money has not arrived yet. You need to ask support of the payment system you used for mayment. They all have on-line support (Interkassa, Liqpay, etc).
If the money are not deposited within the nearest 24 hours, it will come back to your credit card.

The more sanctions are put on Russia, the more problems with payment you will have. We are not payment system and do not know the ways how to pass over these issues. VISA and Mastercard refused to cooperate with Russia, Webmoney is not available in the most of the Europe's area, so - not to be pessimistic, we do not know the ways of payment that can be used by our european clients. These are political issues and YOU have to thank your governments for the sanctions they put against Russia.
If you don't find any successive way how to pay, the only way out - find other CS server. That's all I want to say to our european clients.
I would like to add some words. Soon, you will have even more problems with payment due to the referendum in the South-East Ukraine. Russia was notified that if Moscow accepts the referendum results- even MORE economic sanctions will be put on the country. So, my friends, try to find some other payment methods using your Visas and Mastercards. If no success - find other CS-server.

You have to wait until all your payments will come beck to your credit card.
Unfortunately, we can do nothing in this situation, we are not bank, not payment system, we are only CS-server using payment systems. Please also don't ask for PayPal as well, we'll never use it as it is US payment system.

Please describe what you've done step by step. I think, you've made some error and did something wrong when depositing money to your Yandex-wallet.
Yes, I wrote them from there. Got an automatic reply saying my ticket was created and they would get back to me when it's my turn in the queue.
The steps I did was open an account, chose deposit by bank account and browsed through to find the account from my country to transfer money to. Made sure to include note in transfer with correct number for identifying my yandex account, as they said.

Using yandex I was able to transfer 22$ to my account. The over all fees were 32 Euro to transfer money from my bank account to Yandex! One time I paid 10 Euro on fees, the other time 22 Euro. I guess somewhere the Banking System is ripping me off. And then Yandex is not able to reliably send an SMS to my cell phone. I had to try for weeks before I finally got a Tan SMS. You and I are both loosing money with this system of payment.

seems You have problem with exchange rates in your billing system. In invoice #32680927 i did transfer $50 with fee $2.5 via InterKassa - LiqPay. That should be cca 830 UAH with exchange rate 15.81 (by Google). But you did transferred 1010 UAH, thats means exchange rate 19.23 equals 52,5 EUR. It seems that somewhere in process has been replaced rate USD with EUR. Difference is $11,38 ! Hope you will refund me the difference to my account, after money will by credited to your account.

We are not exchage office and we do not establish rates for exchange. So, please contact support of the payment systems you used.
I have been talking with LiqPay and they confirmed me that request for transfer come from you in UAH. So conversion from USD to UAH with EUR rate perhaps happened on your side. Does not matter where mistake happened, but you should check if everything's all right on our side. In fact, only thing i expect is that deposit to my account is as much money as you received.
As you know, all rates in the billing (cardsharingserver.com) are specified in USD. We do not establish the rate of USD to other currencies. The rate is established by the exchange (transfer, payment) services you are using to transfer your amount of money to your balance. We fixed the payment rates in USD and we receive them in USD. All other exchange rates are established by the intermediate services, not us.

I also found much higher cost of paying by INTERKASSA. Basic amount + commision in usd was correct and the correct amount was transfered to my accounts but the exchange rate to PLN seems to be different than I used to pay in the past about 50 % from 20 PLN to 30 PLN a month.
BUT I HAVE DIFFERENT CASE. After balanced money to one of my accounts I am not able to buy subscription that I want

there is still sth different with deposit process I added 3 usd and I can see it in balance but in the first deposit method Primary merchant for Visa/MasterCard (via SecurePays merchant) I can see the information: Your actual balance: 2.999 USD so my problem with buing subscription resulted from this difference which I do not completly understand as I deposited full 5 or 3 usd but not 2.999 or 4.999 so check this case as other users can have the same problem.

Having a wife from Sevastopol, friends i Kiev and Moscow, i'm following this horrible and stupid situation, i'm not surprised the problems with paying for service is multiplying as well :-\

6. Pick Online money, first option Yandex.money in Rubles.
7. Click Continue
It will start the rest of the procedure with all routines you are familiar with and
most of all, it will succeed, about 20 % I suffered to my currency.
Still many people suffered far more in this time of conflict we live in, so this is

Typically, if your money has not been deposited to your CS account, it will be returned back after some days. Knock at the door of Free-Kassa.ru and ask their support - where is your money.

I know of the major probleMS with making a payment from here in the UK. Economic sanctions and all that.
However there just seems to be an awful amount of faffing about with the other available options...Bitcoin want a photo and a utility bill...(WTF). I don't do bills,and am not going to sift through a pile of crap to find an old hippy picture of me. (wouldn;t want to scare anyone now).

I don't know what (or who) is ''Skrill'', and I am not sure that you paid somehow through it. Use all payment systems available in the billing.
'' Skrill '' is other merchant, like a Web Money, Western Union etc. From 2 days i try to pay using methods available in billing, but still any error or- transaction failed. Hi, Onpay cannot say that the money sucessfully transfered as you have not contact Onpay support. You just stated the receipt (or notification) you saw after "sucessful transaction".
Please be noted that if the money is not on your balance, transaction was not sucessful and you need to contact support service of the system you used for payment. After the money come back to your credit card, pay again using the very first payment system in the billing.

I am not sure that you look at the very first option of payment in the billing and cannot see it

The first option on my list when I click deposit is Liqpay. Last year when I did it the first was securepay.
I have tried clearing my cache and different browsers but always the same... no securepay.

We have never had problem with GB IPs. Try other PC (other provider), maybe for some reasons your IP is blocked for payment (or, if you use VPN or proxy- disable it when making a payment)

Could not see "Primary merchant for Visa/MasterCard (via SecurePays merchant)" before I disabled my VPN. After that no problems with payment ;D :)

If you had no luck paying, then...you need to find some other CS-server. The only way out of this problem. Nobody will pay for you, you know, only you.

As I mentioned, I can see the transaction on my card statement. I have told my bank that i am disputing the transaction.

It means that we DO listen to people and try our best to reduce the number of issues.
However, if you failed with payment, it does not mean that all other users do.

Hey... smartphone trick works!!! I cannot see securepays option while logging on from my wired connection but when logged on from smartphone everything went fast and got money on my account in no time!

I am trying to make a payment from UK Card and LiqPay doesnt accept it. I raised it to InterKassa and they said Liqpay cant accept payment through UK card now. Is there any other payment option to make a payment?

I rang to my bank to see if they blocking this but they not. They don't even have this transaction, its not coming thru at all.
Tried to start live chat with LiqPay but you have to kind of register your mobile to get sms. I did it but not getting sms so cannot finish log in and start live chat.

guide written by UK user - don't work for me - I tried Visa, Mastercard - debit or credit cards, different amount of money (used to be limit before right?), payment in dollars or euro, with login in or not to Interkassa, I contacted with bank they said they not seeing any transaction at all so it's not blocked by them because is nothing to block.
I'm with you 3 years now, your payment system always was a pain for western european customers but this year I cannot pass it at all. I think I deserve some more attention than simple - go away everything is under this link. I'm just a customer paying for your product right?

I have nothing to say with regard to your posts. We have no other payment systems except for those specified in the billing. I understand that many users have difficulties with paying through Interkassa or Liqpay, but at the moment, we have no other alternative.
Read the posts here https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=30054.0 and maybe you will find a proper solution. You are not alone in your problem, but the people are trying and finally succeed.

Interkassa support won't help you at all. They are useless.
More likely your Bitcoin payment is still in memmory pool. May take up to 24hrs to confirm payment on 6 different sources - this is happening when you paying small amount of bitcoin and setting up the fee as a small amount as well.

I called my bank and they have confirmed that they are not blocking any transactions.

I regularly paid monthly subscriptions for around 4 months, but past few month I haven't purchase any subscription and I wanted to start with new subscriptions as new basketball season is approaching across the Europe. So I can watch basketball.

Any payment system has support. Please contact the support of the payment system you used when paying and provide them with all necessary information re: your payment.
Typically, if the payment did not come to your account in 2-3 days, it will return back to your card. Then, use any other payment method available in the billing.

There are several payment systems available in the billing: TRIO, Next Pay, Interkassa, Bitcoin and Webmoney. Which particular system did you use?
Every payment system has support service of their clients. They have e-mail or live chat on their web-page. Did you contact them?
If your balance was not charged, you have to contact the payment system support and ask them where is your money. We are not payment system, we are recepients of your money, but we did not receive it. It means that money is still with the payment system.
2-3 days is a typical period when money is returned back to your card if it did not reach the recepient.
Anyway, ask support service of the payment system you used. We have no information on your payment.

It´s not possible, Interkassa has some problems with Bitcoins.
Any other way to send Bitcoins?
Unfortunately, BC payments were available via Interkassa only.
We have no other solutions so far. Wait until they solve their problems.

У Интеркассы проблемы с оплатой этим видом "валюты". Насколько они затянутся- неизвестно, а других источников пополнения баланса через биткойны у нас, к сожалению, нет. Если Интеркасса решит свои проблемы, значит и наш вопрос решится.

/UPDATE/ I managed to pay via Nextpay without issues.
Hi every one paid on interkasa. Had problem money gone out. No money transfered in account. went on live chat is there an English version. Any help please

After having a chat with the moderator about the problems I had with the payment, I can tell you that the higher the amount you transer via Bitcoin is, the faster you got confirmation, which means, that your money is faster visible at your account.

You may contact Moderator (moderator at cardsharing.cc) and ask him, maybe he will enable this option for you.

It means that your region (IP address) does not support Webmoney. Try switching to Russian in the billing. Maybe, you will see WM
