As I understood, your receiver is not linux-based, i.e. you add all info from the billing to the receiver manually using remote control? If so, there are some bugs in the firmware loaded to the receiver, cause the built-in emulator works incorrectly. I suggest that you have to visit support forum of your model and ask questions there - how to eliminate bans and account block.
I am not sure that you can use ignore-priority lists and edit mg_cfg file inside your receiver, because i don't know which emulator is used (MgCamd or some other). Newcamd is sharing protocol, don't confuse it with emulator.
There are only 2 emulators which can be used with our server- mgcamd and camd3. If you have camd3, it is better to change protocol in your subscription (via billing system) and use it. But i also am not sure that you succeed with this.
So, advice- visit support forum of your box and ask for more extended and professional consultation.
P.S. 1) bad internet connection - response time (if you look at the log-file of your receiver) shall be <200ms
2) emulator failure - this is what i told you about emulator (check, what is used inside of your box, because newcamd is protocol, not emulator)
3) wrong ECM length - this parameters depends on the emulator work - how it may treat ECM length. If it cannot treat ECM length- then, constant bans will be unavoidable as well as in previous cases.
