Hi,
I see that you have just stopped providing a dual login service for some packages which i am a little dissapointed about as i got a VU+ Duo especially for its dual tuners !
Can you confirm if it will come back on?

I can only confirm that dual login is removed from SkyDe and Sky UK packages with the ECM structure recently changed (1 request per 8 seconds). From now on, it is not allowed to use dual login with these 2 packages.

what does it mean for current subscriptions? What can I do if I have a dual tuner box? It seems that I cannot prevent dual logins even if I do not do it on purpose.
I am on server3 with dual login paid for Sky UK and I have complete outages every evening after I do some zapping (no PIP) so I suspect that my IP is blocked for some reason.
Or is server3 in a testing phase and there are really longer server outages every day?

For current subscription, it means that you are able to watch using only 1 tuner of your receiver, not 2.
I will explain again that SkyUK and SkyDe do not support dual logins, since requests sent to the server are 1/8 seconds, not 1/10. It is considered an increased number of requests. Learn your receiver, how to disable tuner 2.
If you try to watch using 2 tuners, server will ban you for cascading.
The only way out of this situation is to use only 1 tuner and watch 1 channel at a time without recording the other one.
Those users having dual tuners and dual login are requested to send e-mail to the Moderator. He will deactivate your dual subscription and refund 50% to your balance.

I understand the problem you are experiencing, but I ask for a technical solution on your server to stop dual login without any banning (maybe with a ratelimit). I do not want to unplug tuner 2, because then it does not work on all other channels as well.
Yes, I can stop dual recording and PIP and so on on Sky UK, that is ok. But that is not enough, because I still get banned and do not know what I did wrong. Please also consider the troubles your subscribers have, simply banning everybody is not a very good solution (maybe for you, but not for the subscribers).

If you still get banned, something is wrong with your configs. Try to delete the config line(s) which you got in the billing before being refunded. Add new config from the billing again and reboot your receiver.

P.S. Disconnect cable from the second tuner, you will be stopped banned.

To unplug the second tuner is a solution based on russian sense of humor. Maybe I can find this funny too, because I like russian humor.
But I will certainly not unplug my tunercabel each time I want to watch Sky. This is something you need to solve on your cardserver.

We have already solved the problem- we disabled dual login for Sky UK and Sky De packages.
One-two-three - disabled! ;D

You never specified how many cables do you have. I suggested that you have to disconnect a cable (one of the two or just the only one??) from your second tuner. And I have no idea how many satellites do you have. So, Russian jokes are just jokes, but for you it depends on how many cables (satellites) do you have. So, decide by yourself.
