Hi,
I get no picture at all on finnish Canal Digital channels.
Swedish, Danish and Norweigan works great.
Have been like this all day, anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, problem still exists, sorry.
For technical reasons, the package will not be available until we fix the problem.
Cards are responding but after certain period they are down.
Accept our appologies.

well, there is 3 servers to choose from when logged in on the cardsharing page. Im on number 3 right now.

I think we all need some kind of confirmation about this package future before sending money return request, is it gone for good, or is there some hope that we can still enjoy this wonderfull package.

What kind of confirmation do you need? That our cards died and do not respond? That provider introduced anti-card-sharing policy and now to decode 4 channels, we need 1 card (1 card=4 channels). Simple calculation, the same as with NOVA. We are not sure that we are ready to purchase a certain number of cards to share the whole package. That is the confirmation.

I think people are waiting for info of whether you are able to purchase certain number of cards or not? How many of your customers are waiting for that? Ans what if the other providers will do the same kind of attack?

All users will be forced to buy official cards. We are not millionaires to buy a certain number of cards to cover all channels. Can you imagine, how much will the price for the package be in this case? This is our (and your) future. Sad but true.

TV Vlaanderen and Canal Digital Nordic were fixed, however, the list of channels which can be opened is not complete. We'll see what happens after cards update (appr. in a month). In the future, both packages will be included in VIPs without any guarantee. Hope that measures taken by providers are temporary...

Have you tested Norwegian, Danish or Swedish cards?
If we tested them, they would have been included in the billing...Each provider uses its own encryption system which is different fron each other. If one encryption is easy to hack, the other one can be quite opposite. Don't think that everything is so easily done.

Because we are witness of the end of cardsharing. Th epolicy of providers is to cut all cardsharing servers (including us). We are not gods, but we are not millionaires as well to buy 1 card per 1 channel. What could be fixed- was fixed, what we could not fix - watch as it is.

The package was fixed before, but we don't know what happened now. Until the Moderator comes back (Jan, 27) - there is nobody to fix the package. Maybe after server automatic reboot (in the morning), it will be online again.

My problem may be related to teh above problem regarding Finish channels, however im not sure about it as my problem showed up after a subscription change.
The movie channels, such as Canal+ action, Canal+ Emotion and several others, doesnt work for me at the moment. I had a single subscription om Canal Digital but on the night betwen th 20th and 21st of january i changed to "VIP all" subscription involving a port change for canal digital from 20020 to 20127. I suspected the port change could have been the issue, but I can see that others are sharing similary problems.

Hi, there is a general problem with Canal Digital and some other packages. They undertaken a card attack and the channels which are OK - are OK, the channels which cannot be opened - will unlikely be opened at all. In the future, if we have no other cards, the package will be closed at all. Sad information, but anti-cardsharing measures are taken now by a lot of providers.

Unfortunately, they will be lost. New cards are used by provider - 1 card will open only 1 channel (for cardsharing). We cannot buy so many cards to open so many channels. We will wait till all channels are lost and then take some decision.

Last night at 00:00 CET, all channels was gone, but now it's only some channels, ie. Eurosport HD and Canal+ movie channels.

I only get some swedish and norwegian channels. Same thing that was last month between 21-29

ancient, you are right. I just saw that ie. Eurosport 2 still can be unlocked, but thats because I can unlock it using Cryptoworks. (VIP all)
So, all channels in the finnish package, is not working. Only swedish, norwegian and danish channels are working. Sorry.

I cant get log from Mgcamd so i switched to Oscam, the behavior is the same on both cams.

CD is working today, but Viasat still freezes alot. :(

2 month ago I had a lot of channels on Canal Digital Nordic open. Now only a few are working. I miss NRK 1 and 2 HD, SVT 1 and 2 HD, NRK super, Silver HD. All was working ?!

We guarantee only finnish channels and we tell about this everywhere - start reading News and Announcements - when we add new package, we specify what must work and what is not guaranteed. The same thing with all Viasats - only finnish channels are guaranteed, this is also specified in the billing.

I knew this all but I wrote the question because it was working few month ago.

Channele which are not guaranteed may work some day and don't work for the remaining time. The so-called promo-action, you know- a lot of providers open access to their channels for some time to attract new users. In such cases, the card can open those channels and you can watch them. But, officially, we don't have subscription for norway or dutch or swedish channels, only to the finnish ones.

Are all of them Finnish channels?
All except Silver HD are non-finnish channels and Silver HD is no longer in the Canal Digital package.

I think that changing the ip does not have any impact to be able to see most of the channels. When can we expect to have a resolution for this issue? The Word championships of icehockey are going on, and I think that most of us would like to see the games..

Who told you that you need to change IP? I gave the link to the News and Announcements where it is stated that there is a problem with the package and temporary loss of picture is possible

Unfortunately, no. We have Finnish card and only finnish channels are guaranteed. Sometimes, some swedish and norway channels are OK, but in most cases- only finnish.

Ive have Canal Digital Nordic HD 1W (fin) and Viasat Nordic 5E (fin) packades, and all HD-channels wont work (e.g. all c more hd channels and vfilm hd channels, but discovery channel,bbc etc. hd work). Now beginning this month mtv3 viihde is changing transmission format (28.2.2013) and all those new channel not see correctly (jagging). Ive try several images and no diffrent seem. Turner is dreambox800se and no difrent is emu cccam or mgcamd. Is there any solution for my broblem?

2. If provider changed transmission format- why are you asking here? Ask provider, or tune your receiver properly using DVB tables from www.lyngsat.com or http://en.kingofsat.net/packages.php

Im wondering if you have disabled all danish channels to make the package more stable, because they have not been working for days now? I know the danish channels is not guaranteed, but I need to know if you disabled them, because then I have to find another hoster.

Since this package is unstable it could be that you had blacklisted the danish channels to prevent cardattack. But I dont know anything about how it works, so thanks for your help. :)

As the card was initially Finnish, all other channels were disabled initially, i think, by the provider, not by our service. They may work occasionally when provider starts promo action. You know, to attract more clients, providers enable the encrypted channels from time to time. Probably, it was just the period when they were opened and you could watch them without any problem. We can do nothing neither against this nor stand for this. This is beoynd our capabilities.

Danish/Swedish channels have been working here pretty well the last 2 years. So i really hope they will return shortly.
Otherwise i need to look for other options.
I know they have not been guaranteed.

I can say the only thing that we guarantee only Finnish channels. The remaining channels depend on the provider who broadcasts them. We cannot promise you or tell exactly that, for example, in a week, the channels will appear again. We do not care about the remaining channels.

I installed it for a week ago then worked for 3 days later so I did not get started Finnish channels again but the other c more and Swedish channels worked. Have not touched anything

If you use softcam.key together with emulator, delete it if any!
The package is working as you can see from my log.
I asked you to provide log-file of your emulator. You didn't. So... take decision by yourself. I do not know where is the problem.

MTV3 channels seem to missing. In subsriction page finnish there is mention (package VIIHDE HD + MTV3).
MTV3 channels are branded under MTV Total now. Any plans to add those again or lower the monthly price ) fewer channels than earlier)

Perhaps this should be adressed to moderator - I´m not sure. It seems, the You have a problem with the new danish cards. On the Via-card there are at least 25 fallouts pr. hour. Don´t know, if it is the card or perhaps a serverproblem. I use the server 2 myself. The new danish CD card doesn´t work at all. Before changing the cards it all was 100% stabil like the finnish cards still are.
I have talked with three other members - and they all have exactly the same problems. Hope, You´ll get it fixed soon - and ofcourse - You are welcome to contact me directly if You want.
