Hello,
I have a problem with attach user, I try to add user with dual login option and I have a message "Error: Conflict of dual-login parameter. Reseller and attached user shall have equal dual-login parameter."
How I can add this user, I must change my option to dual-login? And when I change to dual-login I can also buy subscription for normal single login?

You cannot change your single login to dual immediately:
1. You have to wait when your subscription is finished, only then you will be able to change single login to dual one (in the billing).
2. If you change your login to dual, you will be charged 50% more of your single subscription.
3. How is it possible that your client has dual-login? Did you know about that? If you are reseller, you had to register your client and pay for his subscription by yourself... From your post, looks like you don't know what is reseller, your clients and how to...
4. Are you really reseller or you just want to be reseller whithout knowing how to do that?

3. Client with dual-login that I want to attach to my reseller account was my referal, so now I have a few clients and I want to be reseller and I clicked "Become a reseller" I have another sections in my panel. I try to add this client and I have this error.
Now I can pay for subscriptions for my clients from my panel, before I must login to each account to pay because my clients dont operate on computers well.
4. I am a reseller from yesterday I have a reseller account, but if I can get more informations about resellers where I can find it?

Typically, resellers are people having tens and even hundreds of clients. They are persons who sell equipment (receivers with pre-installed subscription) or install satellite dishes to other peope (becoming his clients).
If you think that you are such person, you made right choice. If not- better stay with referal program. It requires less attention to the clients, but at the same time, requires constant payments on the clients side.
As for dual-login, I will give you reply as soon as I have reply from the Moderator.

There is such rule for reseller:
If reseller has dual-login, all his clients will have dual-login as well because it is 1.5 times more expensive than a single subscription.
And opposite, if reseller has single login (single subscription), he will be able to buy a single subscription for his clients and to attach the clients having only single subscriptions.
If you want to use both options (for single logins and dual-logins), you need to open a new account with dual-login (but it costs 1.5 times higher than usual subscription).
