Currently, Polsat and NC+ switched all their channels to DVB-S2 format. It means that your SD receivers will be unable to receive these channels.
To watch dvb-s2 channels (mpeg-4 or HD quality), user will need any HD-receiver.

Please be noted that claims from SD-receiver users are not accepted. This is not CS-server problem, it's an issue of your receivers.
