You can easily check it by yourself by entering the billing system and checking the "My subscription(s) section from menu.

Unfortunately, this model is unknown, your subscription is unknown (we have several Skies - which Sky is mentioned in particular- not clear), is your receiver linux-based? Can you provide log-file?
